These terms and conditions govern your use of the website www.divineplantshub.com and any quote, purchase or service you obtain from Divine Plants Hub, a plant nursery and landscaping business based at Gujrala Road, District Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Divine Plants Hub supplies indoor and outdoor plants, trees, shrubs and garden material, and provides landscaping, garden maintenance, irrigation and related horticulture services to residential and commercial clients.
2. Product Information
- Plants are natural, living products. Size, height, colour, form and flowering shown in photographs are indicative and will vary between individual plants and with the season.
- Plant names in our catalogue follow common local usage and are given to help you identify a variety, not as a botanical guarantee.
- Availability depends on current nursery stock. If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will offer a substitute or a refund.
3. Prices & Quotes
- Prices are shared on enquiry and may change without notice until an order or written quotation is confirmed.
- Quotations for landscaping and service work are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and assume site conditions as described at the time of survey.
- Delivery, transport, craning, planting and installation charges are additional unless expressly included in your quote.
4. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and any requested advance payment is received.
- Payment terms for project work are set out in the individual quotation or work order.
- Goods remain the property of Divine Plants Hub until paid for in full.
5. Delivery & Site Work
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, plant readiness, transport and site access.
- The customer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the site and for any permissions required for planting or construction.
- Please inspect plants and material at the time of delivery.
6. Replacement & Returns
- Report any damage or shortage in writing within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess it.
- Because plants are perishable and depend on care after they leave us, we do not offer returns or replacements for decline caused by over- or under-watering, transplant shock, pests, frost, neglect or unsuitable planting conditions.
- Any warranty on plant establishment or on landscaping workmanship applies only where it is stated in your written quotation and where an approved maintenance plan is followed.
7. Plant Care
Guidance we give on watering, light, soil and feeding is general advice. Results depend on your local conditions and ongoing care, which are outside our control once the plants are handed over.
8. Website Use
- The content, images, text and design of this website belong to Divine Plants Hub or are used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
- You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
- The website is provided on an "as is" basis and may be changed or unavailable from time to time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Divine Plants Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Amroha, Uttar Pradesh.
